DIAGEO is seeking a Production Worker - Engineering Supervisor in Bali to lead maintenance and ensure reliable production across multiple systems. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and cost control within a large-scale supplier network.

This position requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and experience with SAP and TPM programs. The ideal candidate will manage technicians and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership aligned with DIAGEO Leadership standard.
• Knowledge of Machinery Mechanical, Electrical Instrument parts or quick learning ability.
• Instrumentation, Process Control and Utility/Facility Systems management.
• Adaptable to change and positive teamwork.
• Strong communication and adherence to standards.
• Engineering background or technical experience with reliability/maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Maintain compliance per maintenance plans (ZPMM, ZPMS, ZPMR).
• Ensure OT availability meets targets for production, utility and facilities.
• Reduce unplanned equipment downtime.
• Ensure utility systems meet production demand and service needs.
• Hit maintenance planning and scheduling KPIs.
• Control maintenance costs within budget.
