• I nformation on Machinery Mechanical, Electrical Instrument parts and quick learning abilities.
• Instrumentation, Process Control and Utility/Facility Systems Management.
• Responds to change in a positive and flexible manner.
• Able to work in a cross-functional team with good communication.
• Has strength of character to challenge poor team behaviours and non-adherence to standards.
• Reliability and Maintenance Engineering.
• Engineering diploma or experience; mechanical/electrical/instrument background.
• Computer literate and SAP experience.
• Lean Manufacturing / TPM and Energy Management.
• Experience managing utilities and facility maintenance activities.
• Experience implementing Asset Care, TPM, or MMS programs.
• 5+ years experience in Mechanical, Electrical/Instrument roles.
• Able to lead or work effectively in cross functional teams.
• Able to work within different cultures.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance compliance achieved according to approved maintenance plans.
• OT availability meets production targets for equipment.
• Reduce unplanned equipment downtime.
• Utility systems meet production demand and service requirements.
• Maintenance planning KPIs achieved; costs within budget.
• Deploy MMS Asset Care effectively.
