Job summary

PT Permata Offset Prima is seeking a Supervisory Production professional to plan, evaluate, and monitor production processes in our printing/packaging facility.

You will lead production supervisors, ensure quality, quantity, and on-time targets, and report performance to management while coordinating with PPIC and other teams.

The role requires strong ISO 9001:2015 and PDCA knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 qualification in Graphics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the printing or packaging industry.
• Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and PDCA.
• Analytical capability with systematic work approach and ability to determine priorities.
• Ability to set production targets, quality standards, and work timeliness.
• Communicative, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
• Able to work under pressure and target-oriented.

Responsibilities
