Role Description

The Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bintan Regency. This role oversees daily production operations, ensuring targets are met safely, efficiently, and in alignment with quality standards. Responsibilities include managing production teams, assigning tasks, monitoring output, and adjusting workflows to meet production schedules. The Production Supervisor coordinates production planning, collaborates with maintenance and quality teams, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. This role also involves providing clear communication to team members, training staff on processes and safety, and preparing reports on production performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Candidates should possess experience with Production Schedules and Production Planning to allocate resources and meet output targets.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide clear direction to production staff.
• Candidates should possess Production Management capabilities, including monitoring KPIs, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safety compliance.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial production environments, preferably in precision components or electronics, is beneficial.
• Ability to analyze production data, solve problems, and support process optimization is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies (such as 5S, Kaizen, or Lean) is an advantage.
• A diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
