PT Enjer Technology Indonesia in West Java seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee automotive air freshener manufacturing lines, including injection molding, fragrance mixing, gel can production, and filling processes. The role ensures targets are met according to the approved schedule.

You will lead a shift-based team, optimize machine performance, monitor KPIs, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement with the Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams.

Qualificações

• Diploma or bachelor's in relevant field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in fragrance manufacturing, with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Experience in injection molding, fragrance/chemical mixing, gel-based production, membrane filling, liquid filling, assembly, or packaging.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, machine operation, and process parameters.
• Knowledge of quality control, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Understanding of safety procedures, PPE, 5S, and environmental compliance.
• Ability to analyze data, monitor KPIs, and implement corrective actions.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP for production reporting.
• Willingness to work in a shift-based manufacturing environment and manage multiple processes.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and execute daily production activities for multiple processes to meet targets.
• Monitor and control production processes and machine parameters.
• Ensure product quality via in-process inspections and prevent contamination.
• Manage production manpower, shift arrangements, attendance, and training.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning to resolve equipment issues.
• Monitor efficiency, downtime, material consumption, scrap, and labor productivity; implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, PPE, 5S, and environmental requirements.
• Prepare and maintain production records and reports; support audits and continuous improvement.
• Report performance gaps to the Production Manager.

Supervise and execute daily production activities for automotive air freshener manufacturing, including injection molding, fragrance mixing, gel can production, membrane filling, liquid filling, assembly, and packaging, to achieve production targets according to the approved schedule.

Monitor and control production processes and machine parameters, including injection molding temperature, pressure, cycle time, fragrance mixing ratios, weighing accuracy, gel consistency, filling quantity, membrane placement, sealing integrity, and assembly specifications, in accordance with approved process standards.

Ensure product quality throughout all production stages by monitoring in-process inspections, identifying defects, preventing product mix-ups and contamination, controlling nonconforming products, and coordinating root cause analysis and corrective actions with the Quality team.

Manage production manpower, including operator allocation, shift arrangements, work assignments, attendance, discipline, competency, and training, to ensure effective workforce utilization and consistent execution of production procedures.

Monitor machine availability, equipment performance, material readiness, and work-in-process levels; coordinate with Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning to resolve equipment breakdowns, material shortages, process interruptions, and other operational issues.

Control production efficiency and resource utilization by monitoring output, cycle time, downtime, material consumption, scrap, rework, and labor productivity, and implementing corrective and improvement actions to minimize production losses.

Ensure compliance with production SOPs, work instructions, safety requirements, chemical handling procedures, PPE, machine safety, 5S, housekeeping, and environmental requirements, while promptly addressing unsafe conditions and process deviations.

Prepare and maintain accurate production records and reports covering output, quality performance, downtime, material consumption, manpower, and production issues; coordinate with relevant departments, report performance gaps to the Production Manager, and support audits, process trials, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications :

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fragrance manufacturing, with at least 1–2 years in a production supervisory role.

Experience in injection molding, fragrance or chemical mixing, gel-based product manufacturing, membrane filling, liquid filling, assembly, or packaging is preferred.

Good understanding of production planning, machine operation, process parameters, material consumption, and production output control.

Knowledge of quality control, defect prevention, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.

Understanding of production safety, chemical handling, PPE, 5S, and applicable machine safety procedures.

Ability to analyze production data, monitor KPIs, identify process losses, and implement corrective actions.

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with production reporting and ERP systems.

Able to work in a shift-based manufacturing environment and manage multiple production processes simultaneously.
