Job summary

Rich Products Corporation is seeking a dynamic Production Shift Leader to join the team. Reporting to the Production Manager, the role focuses on supervising shift production, maintaining quality and food safety standards, and driving TPM initiatives across operations.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in food manufacturing, a relevant diploma or degree, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards (GMP, HACCP).
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) monitoring.
• Target oriented and attention to details.
• Leadership and team collaboration.
• Problem-solving and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production activities during assigned shifts.
• Ensure production output meets targets, quality and food safety standards.
• Monitor and control production processes in accordance with SOPs.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with maintenance when needed.
• Implement and sustain TPM activities, including autonomous maintenance.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to safety regulations.
• Lead, train and motivate production operators.
