Job summary

Greenfields Dairy Group is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and supervise daily dairy production operations during the assigned shift, ensuring targets, product quality, safety, and efficiency are met.

You will plan workforce and equipment, supervise, coach and develop the team, maintain GMP/HACCP standards, and coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Logistics, and SHE to keep the end-to-end production flow smooth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or related manufacturing discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years in manufacturing with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-leader role.
• Strong knowledge of GMP/HACCP and OHS standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily production operations during the assigned shift to ensure production targets, product quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Plan and manage workforce allocation, work schedules, and equipment utilization to optimize production performance.
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Engineering, Logistics, and SHE to ensure smooth end-to-end production flow.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and prepare accurate and timely shift production, quality, and safety reports.
