Job summary

PT CATORCE in Bali seeks a Production & Purchasing Admin to support daily production operations, material purchasing, supplier coordination, and production tracking. The role requires strong organizational skills, proactive follow-up, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with production, purchasing, and finance teams to ensure timely material availability and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administration, purchasing, production, inventory, or related role.
• Experience in garment, fashion, manufacturing, or production environments is preferred.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update daily production data and production progress.
• Monitor production schedules, deadlines, and pending tasks.
• Coordinate with production teams regarding materials, components, and production requirements.
• Prepare and manage purchase requests and purchase orders.
• Source and purchase fabrics, accessories, hardware, packaging, and other production materials.
• Communicate and follow up with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead time, and delivery.
• Compare quotations and maintain purchasing records.
• Monitor incoming materials and ensure quantities match purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate records of material stock, purchases, and production usage.
• Follow up on delayed materials or production issues.
• Prepare regular production and purchasing reports for management.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Warehouse, QC, Finance, and Management.
