Job summary

PT. GLOBAL INDEP CONSULTANTS INDONESIA is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Staff for our F&B operations in Bali.

You will handle daily purchasing, coordinate with suppliers, monitor stock opname, and ensure accuracy of POS data and records.

A 1–2 year track record in purchasing, favorable hospitality experience, and strong communication and negotiation skills are required.

Join our team in Bali and contribute to timely stock availability while maintaining excellent supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Purchasing, preferably in F&B.
• Experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Familiar with POS systems, stock opname, and inventory control.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily purchasing activities and ensure timely availability of goods and supplies.
• Source and coordinate with suppliers and negotiate prices when required.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock opname.
• Record and update purchasing and inventory data through the POS system.
• Check incoming goods to ensure quantity and quality match purchase orders.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and ensure proper purchasing records
