Job summary

PT. Indo Taste Manufacture is seeking an organized PPIC/Warehouse Admin to manage inventory data for raw materials, WIP, and finished products. You will prepare material requirements, coordinate with production schedules, and handle WO/delivery notes.

The role requires basic Excel skills and experience with ERP systems like Accurate. You will work with warehouse, sales, and logistics to ensure accurate records and timely material flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK education or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in PPIC/Warehouse Administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas).
• Experience using Accurate system or other ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, disciplined, and good administrative skills.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
• Good communication skills and able to work with targets.

Responsibilities

• Input and update inventory data for raw materials, WIP, and finished products.
• Compile daily, weekly, or monthly reports on raw material usage and production target achievement.
• Record and prepare raw material requirements to be delivered to production according to schedule.
• Help organize the schedule for material inflow and outflow from warehouse and match it with production work plans.
• Manage supporting documents such as Work Order (WO) and delivery notes.
• Coordinate with warehouse team, sales, and logistics regarding goods movement.
• Ensure all administrative documents are stored neatly and easily traceable.
• Report any stock discrepancies, damaged goods, expired or near-expired items, or data inconsistencies.
