Job summary

PT Gandum Mas Kencana is seeking a seasoned PPIC professional to lead production planning and scheduling for our bakery nourishment operations. The role focuses on aligning demand with capacity, managing inventory across RMPM, WIP, and FG, and driving efficiency with Lean principles.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in PPIC/SC in manufacturing, strong ERP/MRP experience, and excellent data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, Logistics, Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PPIC, production planning, or supply chain
• Proven experience in production planning and scheduling
• Strong understanding of inventory management (RMPM, WIP, FG)
• Experience in demand forecasting and inventory analysis
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and familiar with manufacturing tech/tools
• Lean Manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; data-oriented reporting
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership, across departments
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage short-term and long-term production planning and scheduling
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of RMPM, WIP, and FG to optimize stock and minimize holding costs
• Conduct demand forecasting and analysis to support production planning
• Utilize and optimize ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing technologies
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency
• Analyze production, inventory, and demand data to provide actionable insights for decisions
• Establish coordination with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, Sales, Quality, and other departments
• Lead, supervise, and develop the PPIC team to achieve targets
