Job summary

Location

Applicants must be willing to work and be based in Simalungun, North Sumatra.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production processes safely and efficiently.

Ensure production parameters are maintained within established standards to achieve product quality requirements.

Control and operate the making and finishing process, including related utilities.

Support the achievement of productivity, quality, and operational performance targets.

Ensure the availability of raw materials required for the production process.

Conduct SAP transactions accurately and in compliance with operational procedures.

Participate actively in Quality Management System (QMS) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Support efforts to eliminate product contamination and minimize production losses.

Comply with all safety, health, environmental, and quality requirements.

What You'll Bring

Diploma (D3) in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemistry, or other Science-related disciplines.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, oleochemical, chemical, FMCG, food processing, refinery, or related industrial environment.

Familiarity with production operations, process monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Experience working with safety procedures and operational standards.

Basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work in a shift-based manufacturing environment.
