Job summary

PT Damai Abadi is seeking a Production Manager to oversee all aspects of aluminium production operations. The role ensures quality, quantity, and timely output while complying with ISO 9001, SNI, 5R, and OHS standards.

The candidate will lead production planning, drive improvements, train staff, and report on progress and performance. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, has at least 5 years in production management, and is familiar with aluminium

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Metallurgy.
• Minimum 5 years experience as Production Manager in manufacturing.
• Experience with aluminium industrial machinery operations and maintenance.
• Experience developing and analysing production Activity Plans.
• Experience working in ISO-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality, quantity and timeliness of production processes.
• Plan and manage production activities operationally.
• Drive improvements to increase production effectiveness.
• Ensure effective implementation of ISO 9001, SNI, 5R and OHS management systems.

Production Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations at an aluminium production facility. The role involves managing production quality, quantity, and timeliness, while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, SNI, 5R standards, and occupational health and safety systems.

Key responsibilities

Responsible for quality, quantity and timeliness of production processes

Responsible for operational planning of production activities

Responsible for improvements to increase effectiveness of production activities

Ensure implementation of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, SNI, 5R and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems are executed effectively

Develop and train subordinate employees, maintain discipline, preserve work motivation, and provide evaluation and performance assessment of subordinate employees

Responsible for creating reports on planning, progress and evaluation of production activities

About you

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Metallurgy

Minimum 5 years experience as Production Manager in Manufacturing sector

Experience understanding aluminium industrial machinery operations and maintenance

Experience developing, implementing and analysing Activity Plans in production

Experience working in ISO-based companies
