Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK education; D3/S1 from any field preferred
• Experience in Merchandise, Warehouse, Inventory, Sales Admin, or Logistics is an advantage
• Minimum 1–2 years in Merchandise Staff, Inventory, Warehouse, or Operational Admin positions, preferably in distributor or FMCG companies
• Experienced in conducting stock opname and stock control
• Able to create stock reports, movement stock, and merchandise distribution reports
• Understanding of inbound, outbound, transfer, return, and stock adjustment processes

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and merchandise movement in an orderly and accurate manner
• Ensure merchandise availability for sales, event, and campaign needs
• Control receipt, distribution, and merchandise distribution
• Prepare stock reports as information for management
• Ensure alignment of physical stock with data through periodic stock opname
• Conduct stock opname and stock control
• Create stock reports, movement stock, and merchandise distribution reports
• Understand inbound, outbound, transfer, return, and stock adjustment processes
