Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Accounting, Management, Supply Chain or related field.

Responsibilities

• Create and process Purchase Orders according to company needs.
• Search, compare, and evaluate suppliers.
• Negotiate price, MOQ, lead time, and payment terms.
• Monitor PO status and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory data accuracy.
• Prepare routine stock reports and aging receivables reports.
