Job summary

PT Prakarsa Alam Segar (PAS) is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery, and coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, with at least two years' supervisory experience, strong knowledge of production machinery, hygiene and HACCP practices, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of production machinery, setup, operation, and troubleshooting capability.
• Understanding of hygiene standards, cleaning, HACCP, and quality parameters.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, adaptability, and results-oriented.
• Familiar with GMP, 5S (5R), ISO 9001, ISO 22000, SMK3L, and Halal Assurance System (SJH).

Responsibilities

Job description

1. Supervise and control daily production operations to ensure targets are achieved in terms of quality, safety, cost, and delivery.

2. Ensure proper machine setup, operation, and process control in accordance with production standards and parameters.

3. Implement and monitor hygiene, cleaning, and sanitation processes based on food safety requirements.

4. Apply HACCP principles and take corrective actions for any quality deviations during the production process.

5. Lead, direct, and motivate production teams while coordinating with Quality, Maintenance, and related departments.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor

3. Strong knowledge of technical knowledge of production machinery, machine setup, operate production process, and troubleshooting capability.

4. Understanding of hygiene standards, cleaning systems, HACCP, and quality parameters, including corrective actions for non-conformities.

5. Good leadership skills with problem-solving, smart planning and prioritization, the ability to lead and support teams, adaptability, and a results-oriented.

6. Familiar with implementation of GMP, 5R, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, SMK3L, and Halal Assurance System (SJH).
