Job summary

PT TDK Electronics Indonesia's Batam plant seeks a Production Engineer to manage production/process release and drive efficiency across manufacturing lines. Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering required.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and QA practices is preferred.
• Familiar with process release and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production/process release for assigned lines.
• Assist in New Product Release and define manufacturing processes.
• Regularly report progress to supervisor and maintain documentation.
• Support process improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Analyze production data and coordinate with vendors and operators.
• Ensure equipment readiness and maintain PFMEA/CPK data.
