Job summary

PT CFU Technology Indonesia is seeking a Process Engineer to drive manufacturing improvements and product development. You will evaluate product design rationality and production operability, conduct PFMEA, and lead process development efforts in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes new product introductions, tracking trial production issues, and delivering concise summaries. You will analyze mass production anomalies, propose countermeasures, and assist customer service in addressing

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related majors.
• Min. 3 years of working experiences as Process Engineer.
• Experience on process simulation and manufacturing systems improvements such as PFMEA, and PDCA.
• Fluent in English is a Must (Mandarin will be plus point).
• Willing to be placed at Cikarang, West Java.

Responsibilities

• Product design rationality assessment, production operability assessment, PFMEA, and process development.
• New product introduction, collect trial production problems and solutions, output trial production summary report, and follow up the progress of trial production problems.
• Handle anomalies during mass production, process failure analysis, propose temporary or long-term countermeasures, propose rework plans and evaluate rework hours.
• Assist customer service to deal with relevant customer complaints, and promote the improvement of relevant responsible departments.
• Efficiency improvement, process optimization, import related improvement tooling and automation equipment.
