Responsibilities

Collect and analyze production data, prepare production reports, and provide decision support for management.
Regularly summarize production conditions and identify improvement opportunities.
Solve unexpected problems to maintain production continuity and efficiency.
Continuously optimize processes, promote automation and IT integration, improve production management.
Control WIP per process and monitor unqualified WIP until closure.
Control and monitor raw material usage in the production line.
Monitor MES transactions.
