Job summary

PT Maju Bersama Gemilang, a Semarang-based high-tech manufacturer of optical fiber and cables, seeks a Process Engineer. You will ensure production processes run smoothly, analyze abnormal data, implement improvements, and supervise process documentation.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical or Physics Engineering or related field, fresh graduate or with process engineering experience, and good English. On-site in Semarang, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical or Physics Engineering or related field.
• Fresh Graduate or graduate with experience as Process Engineer.
• Good in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the entire process runs smoothly.
• Collect and analyze the abnormal data and unqualified finished product data of production, propose and implement solutions, ensure problems are solved timely and effectively, and continuously improve existing processes.
• Implement the existing process system and the implementation of documents and supervise the employees to implement them thoroughly.
• Responsible for the effective management of optical fiber molds, ensuring that all molds are in normal production status, and controlling spare molds.
