Job summary

PT. MAJU BERSAMA GEMILANG (MBG), a subsidiary of HENGTONG Group, invites applications for an Industrial Engineer to standardize production line documentation and support process improvements. The role requires 2D/3D drawing skills, English proficiency, and a degree in Industrial Engineering.

Located in Semarang, MBG is expanding its telecom-related production and engineering projects. The ideal candidate will contribute to efficiency, safety, and Kaizen initiatives on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Experience as Industrial Engineer is a plus.
• Able to draw in 2D or 3D using AutoCAD/SolidWorks.
• Good in English.

Responsibilities

• Standardize and document improvements in the production line.
• Identify areas for process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, OEE, and related tools).
• Assist in monitoring workstation layouts and production flow efficiency.
• Track progress of handling unqualified semi-finished products.
• Maintain and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production efficiency.
• Support Kaizen 6S and waste reduction initiatives on the production floor.
• Ensure compliance with safety and production guidelines across the team.

• Standardize and documentation to the improvement in production line
