# Production Coordinator [LYD Bali Group]Share This:**Department:** Creative and Marketing**Venue:** LYD Bali GroupThe Production Coordinator is responsible for managing and controlling the day-to-day flow of production projects, ensuring smooth execution from brief to final delivery. This role acts as the main point of contact (PIC) for each project, coordinating with vendors, tracking progress, and managing timelines to ensure all production outputs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule while aligning with approved creative direction.Working closely with the Creative and Production teams, the Production Coordinator ensures clear communication across all stakeholders, supports workflow efficiency, and maintains organized tracking of all ongoing and completed projects. The role also oversees quality control throughout the production process, anticipates potential issues, and provides solutions to keep projects on track while supporting cost awareness and operational efficiency. This position reports directly to the Junior Art Director.
