Job summary

PT LOTTE Indonesia is seeking a Production Leader in Cikarang to oversee the Gum Production section, develop standards, and drive GMP/HACCP compliance across the production line.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or food science, plus experience in a similar role and strong skills in Microsoft Office, data analysis, leadership, and public speaking. Food & beverage experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Science, or related discipline.
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Loss Analysis, Leadership, and public speaking.
• Certified in HSE, GMP, Hygiene, and other industry standards.
• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is highly preferred.

Job description

1. Develop and implement standards required to produce high-quality products that meet consumer demands.

2. Develop, analyze, and improve inspection methods and production work instructions for new products (in collaboration with QC/PD, Maintenance, and PPIC sections).

3. Lead a team to analyze all aspects related to the production process from start to finish.

4. Monitor supervisory functions in conducting inspections across all production activities, raw materials, packaging, and throughout the production process until the final product.

5. Monitor, analyze, and implement improvement plans for overall production performance.

6. Evaluate the performance of the team under supervision and the production team as a whole, involving each function in the process.

7. Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and other quality systems.

Additional Responsibilities:

Develop job descriptions and evaluations for all employees in the Gum Production section.

Ensure efficiency in the use of resources (equipment and personnel) in production.

Continuously enhance production employees' understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and other quality systems.

Maintain confidentiality of documents related to the job, especially production processes.

Ensure workplace safety, including information about hazardous materials and equipment, processes (work methods), and products (contamination, stability).

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Science, or a related discipline.

Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Loss Analysis, Leadership, and public speaking.

Certified in HSE, GMP, Hygiene, and other relevant industry standards.

Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is highly preferred.
