Job summary

PT. Okami Production House is seeking a diligent Inventory & Stock Management professional in Bali, Indonesia. You will maintain garment stock, monitor stock levels, and manage dispatch including local deliveries and international freight.

Key requirements include garment operational experience, strong attention to detail, ability to communicate in basic English, and reliability to manage material workflows independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all physical stock and ensure organized inventory records.
• Monitor daily stock levels, conduct counts and update records.
• Oversee dispatch and shipping, arrange local deliveries and international freight as needed.
• Track and verify inventory sent to and returned from vendors.

Job description

Inventory & Stock Management: Maintain all physical stock—including materials, accessories, and finished items—in a clean, systematic, and well-organized manner.

Stock Tracking: Monitor daily stock levels, conduct regular counts, and maintain accurate, up-to-date physical and digital inventory records.

Dispatch & Shipping Handling: Oversee all outgoing shipments, from packing items securely to arranging daily local deliveries and international freight (handling dispatch for both general orders and sample requests).

Vendor Control: Track and verify all inventory sent to and returned from external vendors, ensuring complete count accuracy prior to internal handoff.

Requirements

Garment Operational Experience: Practical background in garment inventory control—specifically managing accessories/trims stock and handling inbound/outbound material flow with vendors—is required for this role.

Detail-Oriented & Accurate: Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in stock handling, physical counting, and record-keeping.

Language Skill: Comfortable communicating in basic written and spoken English.

Reliable & Responsible: Honest, dependable, and capable of managing material workflows independently.
