Job summary

PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk is seeking a design and simulation specialist to work with clients, understand their problems regarding design‑simulation, and present effective Autodesk‑based solutions during customer meetings. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/architectural/related engineering fields.
• Minimum 1 year in AEC or BIM implementation, with customer-facing experience preferred.
• Familiar with Autodesk AEC solutions including Forma, Revit, Civil 3D, Construction Cloud, Navisworks, InfraWorks, and related Autodesk technologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to translate technical concepts into clear business value for customers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their problems regarding design‑simulation and to provide the solution.
• Present the solution recommendations and results during customer‑facing meeting.
• Provide support for design and simulation to customers, both through training or giving end to end solution in how‑to‑use the design and simulation software.
• Build, debug, analyze, and interpret ACE models using Autodesk software.
• Resolve tickets representing staff‑generated technical requests or problems and troubleshoot technical and process issues to maintain productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Engineering, Geomatics/Geodetic Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related Engineering fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry or BIM implementation. Experience in technical customer‑facing roles is preferred, such as Technical Pre‑Sales, Solutions Consulting, or technology/software implementation.
• Familiar with Autodesk AEC solutions, including: Autodesk Forma, Revit, Civil 3D, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, InfraWorks, Data Management solutions, and other relevant Autodesk technologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for customers.
