PT Heron Arsitektur Indonesia seeks a skilled BIM Designer to develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit for architectural, structural, or MEP design projects in Jakarta. You will create design-stage BIM models from concept to detail (LOD 100–300) and produce plans, sections, elevations, and schedules from BIM data.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–3 years BIM modeling experience; fresh graduates with strong technical skills welcome.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit; knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks is an advantage.
• Understanding of BIM workflows and LOD 100–300 requirements for design consultancy.
• Ability to interpret multi-disciplinary drawings (architectural/structural/MEP).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet project deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• English proficiency preferred; Bahasa Indonesia advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit for architectural, structural, or MEP design projects
• Prepare design-stage BIM models from conceptual design through detailed design (LOD 100–300)
• Produce plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules, and other design documentation from BIM models
• Incorporate design changes and engineering inputs into BIM models and drawings
• Coordinate models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to identify and resolve design discrepancies
• Assist with model reviews and clash detection using Autodesk Navisworks or other coordination tools
• Ensure model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements and BIM standards
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design team members to deliver coordinated design documentation
• Maintain organized BIM files, drawing revisions, and project deliverables

Requirements :

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in BIM modeling or a related role; fresh graduates with strong technical skills are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit; knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks is an advantage
• Understanding of BIM workflows and LOD 100–300 requirements for design consultancy projects
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and/or MEP design drawings
• Good understanding of building design principles and multidisciplinary coordination
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet project deadlines
