Job summary

PT. Tiang Karunia Nusantara is seeking a Civil/Architectural Drafter to plan, detail, and manage 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. You will ensure drawings meet technical standards, align with field conditions, and contribute to BoQ calculations and budgeting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering, proficiency in AutoCAD, and experience with Revit/SketchUp. Fresh graduates are welcome; strong team players with good time management are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 1 year construction experience preferred (fresh grads welcome)
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D
• Experience with Revit, SketchUp, SAP2000, Tekla, etc.
• Able to read technical drawings and compute BoQ materials
• Ability to work under pressure with good time management
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and team/player
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsible for planning, calculating material needs and project budgets (estimation & take off), creating technical drawings using CAD applications, and ensuring all project construction documents and working drawings are accurate, timely, and comply with the company's established technical standards.

Key responsibilities

Create, read, and revise technical working drawings (2D/3D) using AutoCAD and other supporting software (such as Revit, SketchUp, Tekla, etc.)

Align architectural/civil design drawings with actual field conditions

Calculate work volume and construction material requirements (Bill of Quantity / BoQ) with precision

Assist in creating project budget requirement estimates or Budget Costing

Coordinate with project team, field supervisors, and vendors/suppliers regarding material technical specifications

Help resolve technical constraints that occur during the construction process

Create As-Built Drawings after project completion

Document drawing archives, calculation data, and technical progress reports on a regular basis

About you

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering (Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Related Engineering)

Preferred to have minimum 1 year of experience in construction (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Must master AutoCAD (2D/3D)

Master supporting construction/design software (Revit, SketchUp, SAP2000, etc.)

Able to read technical drawings and calculate volume/construction material requirements (BoQ)

Able to work under pressure, with good time management and project target orientation

Detail-oriented, analytical, communicative, and able to work in a team or independently
