Job summary

Besins Healthcare Indonesia is seeking a Product Specialist to drive sales and marketing strategy, forecast reports, and sales pipeline in Semarang. This role will manage Field Force resources to reach business targets.

Key responsibilities include detailing to healthcare professionals, updating medical knowledge, monitoring competitors, and coordinating with distributors for marketing effectiveness. A science degree and experience in Medical Representation or Product Specialist roles with ObGyn

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a science background is required.
• Experience as Medical Representative or Product Specialist with focus on KOL in ObGyn is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Key Account stakeholders, product listing, and detailing to healthcare professionals.
• Maintain up-to-date medical and product knowledge to increase product awareness and accurate information delivery.
• Monitor competitor activities, product availability, and coordinate with distributors for effective marketing programs.
• Support QA and Medical Affairs in handling HCP complaints related to drug safety and product quality.

Besins Healthcare Indonesia (Terapi hormon untuk masa depan cerah - Besins Healthcare) is looking for Product Specialist who will be responsible for building out our sales and marketing strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline. This position aim to achieve assigned sales target of his/her area by manage the Field Force as resource to reach the business target.

This position open for Semarang.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• -To manage Key Account stakeholders, product listing, visit and perform detailing to Healthcare Professionals.
• -To maintain and always keep update with medical and product knowledge to increase products awareness and to ensure that they are able to deliver appropriate product information
• -To monitor the competitor activities, products availability, and coordinate with distributors to ensure marketing program effectiveness
• -When required, together with Medical Affairs in continuing and following up HCP complaints related to the drugs safety monitoring and to assist QA department in following up the customer complaints in relation to the products quality in order to ensure the product quality and to improve customer services

QUALIFICATIONS :
