Job summary

PT Tiens Indonesia Logistics Trading mencari staff Registrasi Produk untuk memastikan kepatuhan produk dengan regulasi Indonesia dan siap diluncurkan di pasar. Posisi penuh waktu berlokasi di kantor Jakarta Utara, bekerja sama dengan tim pemasaran dan pengembangan produk.

Anda akan mengelola dokumen registrasi, berkomunikasi dengan otoritas, dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap BPOM, Kemenkes, dan lembaga terkait lainnya.

Responsibilities

• Mempersiapkan dan menyerahkan dokumen registrasi produk ke otoritas terkait.
• Memantau proses registrasi dan berkoordinasi dengan pihak berwenang untuk persetujuan tepat waktu.
• Mengikuti regulasi terbaru terkait registrasi produk dan praktik industri terbaik.

About the role

As a Product Registration Staff at PT Tiens Indonesia Logistics Trading, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are compliant with all relevant regulations and ready for successful launch in the Indonesian market. This full-time position is based in our Jakarta Utara office, where you will work closely with our marketing and product development teams.

What you're doing

• Preparing and submitting product registration documents to the relevant regulatory authorities
• Monitoring the progress of product registrations and liaising with authorities to ensure timely approvals
• Always follow the latest or update regulations issue by agencies related to product registrations such as BPOM, KEMENKES, DEPERINDAG, MUI, BPJPH, HALAL, HNI and others related agencies
• Familiar with technical documentation, quality management and Product certification or factory document certification
• Conducting market research to stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry best practices
• Collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to provide guidance on registration requirements
• Maintaining comprehensive records of all product registrations and related documentation
• Identifying opportunities to streamline the product registration process and implementing process improvements

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing or regulatory affairs
• 2-3 years of experience in product registration or regulatory compliance, preferably in the consumer goods industry
• Strong understanding of Indonesia's product registration regulations and processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
