Posisi Registration Officer akan mendukung proses registrasi dan notifikasi untuk produk dengan BPOM. Anda akan berperan mengumpulkan informasi produk, berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan dan pihak terkait, serta menyiapkan dokumen registrasi dan menangani notifikasi BPOM secara online.

Qualifications

• Lulusan baru atau berpengalaman di bidang registrasi BPOM.
• Teliti dan rapi dalam administrasi dokumen.
• Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan tenggat waktu.
• Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun tim.
• Kepemimpinan yang baik dan aktif berkomitmen.

Responsibilities

• Mengumpulkan informasi produk untuk registrasi BPOM.
• Berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan, pihak eksternal, dan departemen lain untuk menindaklanjuti registrasi produk.
• Mempersiapkan semua dokumen terkait registrasi produk.
• Menangani notifikasi BPOM secara online.

The Registration Officer will support the registration and notification process for products with BPOM (Indonesian regulatory authority).

Key responsibilities

• Collect information from customers about products to be registered with BPOM
• Actively communicate with customers, external parties, and other departments to follow up on products that will be or have been registered
• Prepare all documents related to product registration
• Handle BPOM notification online
