Job summary

Sun Life Indonesia is seeking a Pricing Lead to drive the development of new product initiatives and support the Head of Pricing with product-related ad hoc requests. The role requires strong Excel, VBA Macro and AXIS skills, plus deep actuarial cashflow understanding to connect assumptions with profitability.

You will lead a team of pricing analysts and communicate results to guide business decisions. The position demands excellent English communication, a actuarial degree, and 4–7 years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science or related field.
• 4-7 years of pricing experience.
• Actuarial exam certifications (Associate certification or higher preferred).

• Pricing Lead will be responsible for managing the development of new product initiatives and assisting Head of Pricing in any adhocs related to product.
• Proficient in Excel, VBA Macro, AXIS
• Understand different types of products and profit drivers
• Have deep understanding of actuarial cashflows and able to quickly connect changes in assumptions with impact to profitability
• Understand the different needs of distribution
• Able to manage and lead a team of pricing analysts
• Able to communicate actuarial results and translate to recommended business decision
• Good communication skill (verbal and written) in English
