Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering or related fields is required.
3-5 years of experience in sales in pulp & paper or similar.
Knowledge in engineering techniques and translating to customer understanding.
Familiar with Indonesia business laws; Asia Pacific experience is a plus.
Good commercial understanding and customer-oriented alignment with business direction.
Familiar with modern management tools and technology.
Strong presentation and communication skills; comfortable in front of customers.
Good command of English.
Target- and results-oriented with team effort and being a team player.
Willing to develop oneself and be a role model.
Ready to travel.

Responsibilities

Drive top-line growth, profitability and market share for designated technology/products.
Responsible for product offering and influence product development.
Drive competence development within the designated technology/products.
Support AP area with products in launches, sales and deliveries.
Ensure validity and updates of product designs and specifications.
Oversee product development initiatives and governance of price.
Coordinate marketing materials and reference data management.
Align targets with GTM/GPM and support area resources.
