Job summary

StraitsX Group is seeking a Product Manager for Payment Platform in Indonesia. You will own the core architecture and automation that powers multi-currency payments, focusing on reducing manual interventions and delivering high transaction success through scalable, low-latency systems.

You will define market opportunities, drive the product roadmap, and lead collaboration across Commercial, Operations, Compliance, and Engineering to ship best-in-class payment experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Payment Product Management.
• Ability to absorb technical concepts quickly and communicate with non-technical audiences.
• Track record of delivering measurable results and solving complex customer problems.

Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and set a product vision and roadmap.
• Lead ideation, research, design, and launch of customer-centric products, documenting user stories.
• Build alignment across product teams, leadership, and partners in Commercial, Operations, Compliance, and Engineering.
• Define metrics to monitor product health and design experiments or A/B tests to improve the user funnel.
• Collaborate with developers to design test cases and drive development with engineers and designers.
