Job summary

GTech seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and market insights. You will manage the backlog, prioritize features, and define use cases with stakeholders.

Collaborate with UI/UX teams to create user-friendly designs, analyze performance, and oversee development and UAT to meet timelines. You will identify fraud risks and coordinate with internal and external partners for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Total 6 years of total working experience, with at least 3 years in Product Management or related roles.
• Understanding of marketplace dynamics and digital product development.
• Knowledge of product strategy, backlog management, and feature prioritization.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret product performance metrics and user behavior.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and collaboration with technical and design teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with awareness of fraud prevention.

6. Identify potential fraud risks and collaborate with Fraud Analysts to develop preventive features, controls, and detection mechanisms.

7. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication, project alignment, and timely product delivery.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

Minimum 6 years of total working experience, with at least 3 years in Product Management or related roles.

Strong understanding of marketplace business dynamics, consumer behavior, and digital product development.

Good knowledge of product strategy, roadmap planning, backlog management, and feature prioritization.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret product performance metrics and user behavior.
