Job summary

Aplikas Servis Pesona is seeking a Product Manager/Presales/IT Consultant to design cybersecurity solutions and deliver compelling technical engagements in Jakarta. You will collaborate with sales and engineering teams to tailor SIEM-focused offerings including Wazuh-based demonstrations and technical proposals.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of relevant experience, a strong grasp of SIEM concepts, and familiarity with Elastic Stack and network/Linux fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as Product Manager, Presales, or IT Consultant.
• Understanding of SIEM concepts, Wazuh architecture, and security event monitoring.
• Familiar with TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, Firewall and Linux environment.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with Elastic Stack is a plus.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, NSE, or Wazuh Certified are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand client needs and design suitable cybersecurity solutions.
• Conduct presentations, demos, and POC related to Wazuh SIEM or similar platforms.
• Prepare technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and BOM.
• Provide consultative support on SIEM architecture, integration flow, and data correlation.
• Coordinate with implementation teams to ensure solution delivery meets client requirements.
• Support RFP/tender processes and maintain strong technical understanding of cybersecurity products.
• Stay updated with security trends and product development (Wazuh, Fortinet, Trellix, etc.).
