MAKUKU INDONESIA is seeking a Brand/Product Manager in Jakarta to shape brand positioning, drive growth, and lead end-to-end product introductions. You will own pricing strategies, launch plans, and marketing initiatives to boost visibility and sales across channels.

You will collaborate across sales, finance, R&D, regulatory, and purchasing teams to optimize profitability and expand market reach in a dynamic consumer goods environment.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Experience as product or brand manager in baby products or adult/feminine care.
• Understanding of managing brand portfolios, NPI, product financials, and distribution channels.
• Strong market analysis, consumer research, and budget management.
• Proven negotiation, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Fluent English; Mandarin preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strong brand positioning strategies to win market share and sustain competitive advantage.
• Drive growth, health, and profitability of existing brand portfolios and new product lines.
• Lead and manage the end-to-end New Product Introduction process from ideation through launch.
• Formulate pricing strategies, product launch plans, and marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and sales performance.
• Analyze profit and loss, days of inventory, and distribution flow from distributors to retail stores and end customers.
• Ensure optimal profitability and positioning across all sales channels.
• Conduct continuous market research and consumer analysis to monitor trends, needs, and consumer perception.
• Manage marketing budgets efficiently to deliver maximum ROI for all branding activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, brand communications, trade marketing, finance, research and development, regulatory, and purchasing.
• Build strategic negotiations and channeling partnerships to expand market reach.
