PT BREXA Raya Indonesia is seeking a Senior Product Manager to develop product and promotion strategies aligned with market trends and consumer needs. You will analyze competitors, pricing, and sales performance, and lead launches, promotions, events, and brand activations while supporting product development efforts.

Collaboration with Business Development and Sales teams, plus participation in brainstorming and evaluating marketing activities, are key parts of this role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from any major with satisfactory result.
• Minimum 4 years of Product Manager experience in consumer goods.
• Strong communication and emotional intelligence.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with market insight.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
