Job summary

Majura, a pre-seed startup building Agentic AI and SaaS for Indonesia's logistics ecosystem, seeks a Product Manager to own strategy across six products launching in Q4 2026. You will conduct user research, translate feedback into roadmaps, and coordinate launches with engineering, design, data, and operations.

You will interact with customers weekly, document decisions and learnings, and use AI to speed up documentation and decision making.

• Fluent in English (speak, read, write clearly).
• 2+ years experience running Agile (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Obsessed with documentation and note-taking.
• Proactive and customer-obsessed.
• Comfortable with direct customer interaction and user research.

You'll be the first dedicated Product Manager at Majura. We're a pre-seed startup building the operating system for Indonesia's logistics ecosystem.

You'll partner with our founding team--both Silicon Valley transplants. CTO (ex-Airbnb, YComb) and CEO (ex-TikTok, Lyft).

Your job: Own product strategy across 6 products launching simultaneously. Conduct user research, translate customer feedback into roadmaps, coordinate launches with engineering, design, data, and operations. Work directly with customers--ferry operators, freight forwarders, warehouse owners, government enterprises. Document decisions and learnings obsessively (we're big on this).

Location: Surabaya, Hybrid (3 days/week in office)

Reports to: CEO

Key responsibilities

Own product strategy across multiple products launching simultaneously

Conduct user research and translate customer feedback into prioritized roadmaps

Coordinate product launches with engineering (3 engineers), design (1), data (1), and operations (1)

Interact directly with customers (ferry operators, freight forwarders, warehouse owners, government enterprises) weekly

Document decisions, roadmaps, and learnings obsessively

Use AI to speed up documentation, roadmap creation, and decision-making

Travel occasionally to Jakarta/Bali for customer meetings (1-3x/year, paid by company)

Shape how the company makes decisions, talks to customers, and prioritizes

Push back when you think the company is wrong, but commit once decisions are made

About you
