Job summary

RedDoorz in Jakarta is seeking a Product Manager to help build products for millions of travellers across Southeast Asia. You’ll own the product roadmap and translate business goals into clear product strategy.

Define and ship features end-to-end, collaborating with engineering, design and data teams. You will conduct user research, analyze metrics, run experiments, and communicate progress while taking ownership of outcomes.

Qualifications

• Have 2-4 years of experience in Product Management.
• Have B2B SaaS experience — whether building or working on SaaS products will be a plus.
• Previous hospitality industry experience will be an advantage.
• Love working with data to make decisions.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate well.
• Take ownership and follow through.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and translate business goals into clear product strategy.
• Define product vision and prioritises features based on impact and user needs.
• Define and ship product features end-to-end.
• Work with engineering, design, data teams, and stakeholders across the business.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
• Analyse user behaviour and key metrics to drive continuous improvements.
• Run experiments and iterate based on results.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress clearly.
