Job summary

Mattel, Inc. Indonesia is seeking a manufacturing specialist to coordinate cross‑department pilots, establish proven mass‑production methods, and ensure production runs within budget while keeping quality.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, has at least 3 years in manufacturing, understands production processes and safety, and communicates in English; willing to work in Cikarang–Bekasi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and safety.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Willing to work in Cikarang–Bekasi.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-department support for pilots and mass production.
• Identify best methods for packaging with budgeted cost.
• Maintain internal and external communications to track development.
• Release internal documents like parts lists and product specs.
• Monitor weekly tests to ensure production quality.

Job Description

• Coordinate other department to support piloting’s, establish proven method, which can be produced in mass production.
• Together with the team to find the best method in pack out with budgeted cost.
• Active in internal and external communications to follow up all development aspects.
• Releasing internal documents, such as parts list, product specification
• Maintain the production quality by monitoring weekly test result.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Mechanical Engineering or any other engineering background
• Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing plant in the same position.
• Basic knowledge on production process, general maintenance equipment & safety
• Advance level on product development knowledge
• Proactive, open minded, problem solver, and team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both verbal and written English.
• Willing to work in Cikarang – Bekasi
