Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree di bidang teknik, khususnya Industrial Engineering.
• Fresh graduates dipersilakan melamar.
• Pengetahuan Time Study, MTM, Line Balancing, dan Process Flow.
• Familiar dengan Microsoft Office.
• Pengetahuan Technical Drawing dan AutoCAD.
• Keterampilan analitis, komunikasi, dan pemecahan masalah yang kuat.
• Mandiri, berorientasi tim, dan ingin belajar di lingkungan manufaktur yang dinamis.

Responsibilities

• Mengembangkan metode kerja, layout lini, dan tooling untuk proses rooting, grooming, dan perakitan akhir.
• Mendukung pilot produk baru dan aktivitas ramp-up produksi.
• menganalisis kebutuhan tenaga kerja, yield material, dan efisiensi proses.
• Mendorong inisiatif perbaikan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan biaya.
• Memberikan dukungan teknis dan pelatihan kepada tim produksi.
• Berkolaborasi dengan tim lintas fungsi untuk memastikan peluncuran produk berjalan mulus.

Job Description

• Develop work methods, line layouts, and tooling for rooting, grooming, and final assembly processes.
• Support new product piloting and production ramp-up activities.
• Analyze labor requirements, material yield, and process efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and cost.
• Provide technical support and training to production teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering.
