Job summary

Mattel Asia Pacific is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist in Bekasi to coordinate cross‑department pilots and drive mass production with cost discipline. The role focuses on maintaining product quality and ensuring safe, efficient production processes.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, has at least three years of manufacturing experience, and demonstrates strong English communications and proactive problem solving in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Mechanical Engineering or any other engineering background.
• Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing plant in the same position.
• Basic knowledge on production process, general maintenance equipment & safety.
• Advanced level on product development knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate other departments to support piloting’s, establish proven method, which can be produced in mass production.
• Together with the team to find the best method in pack out with budgeted cost.
• Active in internal and external communications to follow up all development aspects.
• Releasing internal documents, such as parts list, product specification
• Maintain the production quality by monitoring weekly test result.
