Job summary

Mattel Asia Pacific is seeking a Product Designer in Bekasi to create specifications for fashion dolls and collaborate with stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in Product Design, have at least 3 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. The role entails translating sketches into functional products and conducting material research. This position requires good communication skills in English and a proactive team mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in Product Design or any design diploma.
• Min. 3 years experience as product designer is a plus, fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustration, Photoshop, and 3D Software (Freeform, Rhinos, or Blender).
• Computer literate.
• Proactive, open-minded, and team player.
• Able to communicate in English in professional setting.
• Willing to be located in Cikarang - Bekasi.

• Translate the original sketches and defining the full specification and functional product of fashion dolls
• Work on fashion dolls art creation, control drawing and artwork for decoration.
• Do researches on material and/or trends to support the development processes.
• Review and provide cost-saving ideas as required to ensure the project meets the cost target.
• Work closely with all stakeholders including Designer team in headquarter and regional office.
