Job summary

PT Cipta Piranti Sejahtera (CPSSoft) seeks an Accurate Accounting Consultant to engage customers in Balikpapan with post-purchase demonstrations and updates. You will coordinate feature communications and support retention while working on-site for 2-3 months in Alam Sutera, South Tangerang.

Requirements include a D3 in Accounting, CAP preferred, and proficiency with Accurate Online, plus strong presentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 qualification in Accounting.
• CAP preferred.
• Able to operate Accurate Online (AOL).
• Strong communication skills and presentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide demonstrations, presentations, and product introductions for Accurate to customers post-purchase.
• Update latest Accurate features and communicate to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across divisions for product development and improvement.
• Analyse product performance with the product development team.
• Analyse market trends and recommend product quality improvements.
• Support customer retention and acquisition.
• Develop FAQ and product knowledge base.
• Document support activities and customer issue resolutions.
• Prepare training materials and conduct product training.
