Job summary

PT ACCURATE CREDIBLE RELIABLE CONSULTANT (AKAR CONSULTING) is seeking an accounting and finance assistant to support an FnB client. You will handle transaction recording, supplier payments, taxes, and inventory updates.

This full-time, on-site role in Yogyakarta offers a competitive salary above the local UMR and lunch provided, with opportunities to grow in Accounting & Finance.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 qualification in Accounting or related field.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Able to operate Coretax (valued as an advantage).
• Detail-oriented and precise in financial data management.
• Willing to work full-time Work From Office (WFO) in Yogyakarta.

Responsibilities

• Record and post sales transactions based on cashier data.
• Process transactions and payments to suppliers.
• Monitor and recap employee cash advances.
• Handle administration and tax calculations.
• Update stock opname data for raw materials and finished food products.

PT ACCURATE CREDIBLE RELIABLE CONSULTANT (AKAR CONSULTING)

This position will support one of AKAR Consulting's clients, a company in the FnB (Food and Beverage) sector. You will be responsible for accounting and financial administration tasks including transaction recording, supplier payments, employee cash advances, tax calculations, and inventory management.

Key responsibilities

Record and post sales transactions based on cashier data

Process transactions and payments to suppliers

Monitor and recap employee cash advances

Handle administration and tax calculations

Update stock opname data for raw materials and finished food products

About you

Minimum D3 qualification in Accounting or related field

Able to operate Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel

Able to operate Coretax (valued as an advantage)

Detail-oriented, neat, and attentive to detail in financial data management

Willing to work full-time Work From Office (WFO) in Yogyakarta
