Job summary

Generali Indonesia is seeking an experienced professional to lead life Insurance product development and marketing. You will own product concepts, manage timelines, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver successful launches that meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, business administration, marketing, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the life insurance industry.
• At least 3 years in product development or product marketing.
• Proven track record of launching insurance products and achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products, regulations and practices.

Responsibilities

• Product Ideas/Innovation including completeness of Product Document to capture opportunity with the main objective to be the opinion maker in the insurance industry.
• Establishing monitoring procedure upon Timeline monitoring to ensure product implementation.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders upon product development subject to managing all stakeholder expectations regarding reasonable timelines.
• Prepare and conduct regular Product Steering Committee meetings, competitor highlights, and monitoring post-mortem for the launched product.
• Emphasis on aligning a company’s product strategy with the overall business strategy.
• Analyze the market movement to ensure the company’s products meet the needs of its customers and remain up-to-date with the market trend.
• To ensure regulatory compliance and remain updated with the change in regulations
• Defining the value proposition and creating impactful product communication to increase launched product acceptance in the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional insurance or actuarial certifications will be an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Product Development, Product Marketing, or related role.
• Proven track record of successfully launching insurance products and achieving sales targets or business objectives.
• Experience in driving product performance and implementing market-driven product strategies is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Life Insurance products, regulations, and industry practices.
• Solid understanding of insurance technical concepts and product development processes.
