Job summary

Sun Life Financial in Jakarta, Indonesia, seeks an experienced product professional to drive life insurance initiatives from concept to launch. You will coordinate with Distribution, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials, governance, and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure product initiatives align with timelines and prepare marketing materials for new initiatives.
• Propose and discuss new product initiatives, value propositions, and marketing aspects.
• Moderate Product Development Governance meetings with related parties.
• Prepare materials for product discussions with Distribution & Marketing teams.
• Support OJK submission and feedback for product approvals.
• Create training slides for Trainers and Operations teams.
• Lead product socialization and provide post-launch performance reports.
• Analyze market and competitor life insurance products; contribute to website development.
