Job summary

PT Cicil Solusi Mitra Teknologi (CICIL) is seeking a skilled Product Designer to lead end-to-end design efforts for digital products. You will conduct user research, create prototypes, and ensure UI/UX excellence across platforms. Strong design systems and brand alignment are essential as is collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes translating user needs into clear, visually compelling solutions with rigorous usability testing and iteration based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Designer (UI/UX).
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end product design process, including research, prototyping, UI/UX, and testing.
• Experience in developing and maintaining design systems and brand guidelines.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, FigJam, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience in the financial industry is preferred; Product Manager experience is a plus.
