Job summary

Glints is seeking a UI/UX Designer with strong visual design and product thinking to craft polished, intuitive digital experiences. The role requires at least 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience and a robust portfolio.

You will create UI/UX designs, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, using modern tools to deliver high-quality outputs. Collaboration with internal teams and developers is essential to ensure accurate implementation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, visual design, usability, and user-centered design.
• Ability to create polished and professional design prototypes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar tools.
• Ability to review existing products and provide constructive critique and improvement suggestions.
• Basic knowledge of GitLab for code sharing.
• Portfolio of previous UI/UX design work is required.

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of frontend development and web technologies.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Experience building an LMS is not required; familiarity as a user is sufficient.
• Experience working with external clients or stakeholders.

Work Style

This is primarily an internal-facing design role, with most of the work focused on designing and improving digital products.

The successful candidate may occasionally communicate with external clients to clarify product requirements, issues, and feature requests.
