Job summary

PT EAGLE SPORTING GOODS is seeking a product designer with 3+ years in softgoods or retail design to develop concepts, sketches, and design specs for new products. You will contribute to the full design lifecycle from concept through to production readiness.

You will create detailed design packages, collaborate with PD and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability, select materials, iterate designs from feedback, and maintain alignment with customer expectations and timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in softgoods or retail product design.
• Degree in industrial or product design strongly preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design capability.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in 3D Modeling strongly preferred.
• Understanding of manufacturing constraints is strongly preferred.
• Conversational English Skills (written or spoken) required.

Responsibilities

• Develop product concepts, sketches, and design specifications
